MORE NIGHT STAFF & NURSES NEEDS TO BE HIRED, My mom came in late, but not many people there were able to help/assist in my mother’s pain & not many were able to help my mom to manage her (pins & needles) pain!!!!. P.S. it is really difficult to make an assessment in one day, this review should come at the end when she’s finishing her treatment & it’s wrong to seek judgment when her process of recovery only beginning. My mom has been there 4 days (since the 17th) now, & the plan for rehab has not been inacted . 3/24/25 NURSES REALLY NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR PATIENTS!!!. I HAD TO HEAR IT FROM MY MOM THAT SHE NEEDED HER ANXIETY PILL IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET THE DAMN NURSE FOR HER MEDICATION!!!!!. THEY NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE CLOCK & PATIENTS & STOP LOOKING AT THEIR SCREEN!!!.

Proud Recipient of the 5-Star Medicare Rating
We are proud to announce that we’ve been recognized by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) as a Five-Star Overall and Quality Measures facility. Nursing homes are rated from 1-5 stars based on health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. According to CMS, a rating of five stars means that quality is “much above average.”
