Shanise is a fantastic young woman! Very polite and friendly! The facility is very clean and kind.

Dominic has been a fabulous caretaker for me during my stay here (and for anyone else I noticed that he’s taken care of very well as well.) He’s gentle and kindly and efficient. In all of things that I’ve seen or noticed him doing for me and for others actually. If I could hire a CNA I would hire Dominic to travel the world and see that I made it there safely!

Dominic has been extremely kind and sweet to Doris…the patient….he’s gone above and beyond our expectations….Doris can be difficult…..but Dominic greets her with a smile..treats her with loving care. Makes her feel special! He’s just outstanding! He’s Doris’s favorite! I also want to comment on nurse Tracy….shes sweet and personal. Overlooks being ignored. I’m Doris’s caregiver…..I understand her… The staff here allows me and her family to rest in knowing she’s in good hands. Numerous questions are answered politely, quickly. Doris’s needs are also met quickly, response time is remarkable. I’m here daily, the staff tells me her progress which I, in turn, relay to her family. The family, being out of state, can rest easy knowing she’s being cared for properly, with love. I’m impressed by the entire staff, from check in desk to cleaning staff. Top notch, truly top notch!! I’ve been treated with respect, my concerns are treated with the same respectful responses. The staff works as a team, with the goal to get Doris strong and well. Great staffing!

My mom was in the facility and Dominic was great and very attentive from the time she came her to the day she left. A majority of the Staff was very nice.

First of all the entire staff were attentive and gave me excellent care. The rehabilitation dept is excellent and better than other acute care facilities I have been in. Three individuals that gave me exceptional care were Nurses Tara and CNA Dominic. Nurse Tara was great. They were very knowledgeable about what was going on with me and they listened to my needs. As for Dominic.He is my superstar.When I first came in he made me feel welcomed and took away my anxiety. He listened I did not feel ignored. Any questions I had he answered without hesitation and if he didn’t have the answer he was quick to say I will find out for you. He was attentive to my needs and made my stay a great stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Trellis Paradise. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable and cared for. The nurses, CNAs, and therapists were all kind, patient, and professional. You can really see that they care about their patients and treat them with respect. The therapy team was amazing and very supportive throughout the recovery process. The facility itself is clean, organized, and has a welcoming environment. Even the food was good and well-prepared. Overall, I highly recommend Trellis Paradise to anyone looking for quality rehab and compassionate care. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay a positive one!

Laiza the case manager is amazing. She is showing seriousness and caring for her patients and job. Very good experience because of her. THANK YOU Laiza 5 stars is just for you but, I wouldn’t say the same for some of the CNAs. But, Karina the nurse is 2 faces pretending to be Kind but she is not. Good actress Karina pretending so well thinking people are stupid and don’t see her acts. Karina, you will get old one day and Karma will meet you there.

Family member needing rehab with medicare. Found this facility and can’t say enough good things. Went above and beyond. Nurses gave amazing care.

The Case Manager on trellis are the best, Laiza and Mayleene did a good job assisting us until my husband get discharge. I highly recommend them. The PT Peebe is amazing and really care about the patient. I wanna thank everyone who help us with our stay

The c n a’s do not use gait belts to walk with the patient, they dont know how to transfer patients in the rehab! Therapist leave them standing alone and leave them there by their shelves in the hall ways never go in rooms and wash hands or wear gloves My friend fell down and it was never reported to anybody.Please do not take your family there and they take bread every day for no reason dont take ur family there they will die KAREN LAVIN,, YOU CAN SIGN YOUR SISTER OUT.YOU HAVE TO BE IN CHARGE.THEY WILL SIT THERE NOT RESPONSIBLE, BUT YOU CAN TAKE HER OUT AND PUT HER IN A DIFFERENT WAY.THEY CANNOT KEEP HER THERE IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO ME.LET ME KNOW AND I GIVE YOU MY NUMBER

The care is substandard. My sister is in the rehab facility and needs help going to the bathroom. Twice she has requested help to the bathroom and they don’t come. They have left her in her own waste for hours. She is diabetic and they repeatedly give her meals she cannot eat. I have called the nursing station and the nursing supervisor again and again , and the phone just rings and rings. No one picks up. No one calls me back. She would like to transfer to another facility, but they say she needs approval from a doctor, but they have provided no help in getting the approval to release her. I am extremely frustrated.

I have never been treated like this in my previous rehab centers I put on the light because I was having a medical problem the light was on for 30 minutes before anyone came in I need to see someone right away because I was having angina it took another 15 minutes before the nurse came in 45 minutes have passed my angina subsided no one took my vitals either when I complained of pain or after a a CNA made my bed and left it undone I’m lacking a pillowcase and my sheets were not tucked in PT and OT wonderful I ate very little and survived on glucerna the food was cold inedible thank you
